RCS10TS – Radarange Commercial Series 1000watts Touch Screen

This restaurant line microwave from Amana consists of 1000watts, has a 1.2cbft interior.  Its stainless steel interior and exterior make it easy to clean and disinfect. The RCS10TS has a 60 minute countdown timer and a 10 key touch pad that is programmable up to 100 program menus. This feature is designed to cook with pushing any program button needed. It does multiple functions all at once to eliminate having to push a series of buttons.  This saves time, and resulting in higher yield.  It has 5 power levels that are 0%, 20%, 50%, 70%, and 100%.  This enables cooking frozen foods without having to wait for it to thaw. Consist of 4 cooking stages which allow different time sequence so that with combine power levels it can do multiple cooking. The RCS10TS also has the multi-portion cooking buttons that automatically calculates the double menu program.  For example: program number 1 is for the 4oz chicken breast with the multi-portion button it will now cook 2 in the same menu program as number 1.

RCS series can hold 14” platters which no other 1000watt commercial oven can hold. It has a top mount antenna system which provides even cooking results. The RCS model is the only 1000 watts commercial oven with a non-removable filter. This filter allows it to cool the internal components and extends the life of oven.
